“Chef Matthew helped me organize a dinner party for my husband's business associates.
He coached me in selecting a menu including appetizers, salads, entrees, desert
& wines. We went with an Italian theme. He shopped & prepared all the ingredients
ahead of time, came to my home, cooked, served & cleaned up. What made the evening
special was he told us about each dish & why he paired a particular wine with it.
